You should direct any concerns regarding external links to the site webmaster of such a site, unless the external link contains substantial errors, in which case it is requested that you direct comments info@ferrytravel.com Reservations Once a booking has been made on our site and we have received full payment The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd,  will issue you an immediate email noting your request and reiterating the details of your booking request. This will be followed by a 2nd email containing a confirmation number which you must present with relevant photo I.D. prior to boarding so you can receive your tickets. Bookings can be made by credit or debit card and credit card charges apply to certain cards. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd will charge a minimum fee of $25 per amendment on any booking.  Cancellations are subject to a 10% charge in addition to any charges by the ferry operator. All fares are based on vehicle type, size, number of passengers, route(s), departure times, travel period and dates of travel and are subject to availability. Some fares are subject to limited facilities or services including no onboard accommodation, the facility to take vehicles, dimension of vehicles, number of passengers or no facilities for pets. Please check before booking. The transport of pets between the USA and Canada must be in accordance with the relevant requirements of the countries concerned and a fee is payable on some services. Please check before booking and always seek advice from your vet. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd provides a virtual booking functionality and on completion & acceptance of your booking request you will instantly receive a reference number by email. This will be followed by a confirmation number which must be presented to the appropriate operator on check -in There are a number of fares that are subject to virtual booking with the relevant operator and therefore you will need to contact our customer services to finalise the booking. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd reserves the right to vary the cost of fares according to changes in the market (e.g. currency fluctuations, oil prices and government legislation) or operator price rises. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd is not liable if you miss your departure, misuse the terms of booking or overstay the travel period your booking allows. The cost of the relevant will be chargeable. All departure/arrival times are provided by the operator/s and are given in local time. It is advisable to check departure times with the operator before departing. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd cannot accept liability for any interruptions or changes to your travel due to adverse weather conditions or tidal conditions or other circumstances. Customer services will attempt to notify you of any serious conditions that may affect your travel, but please check the travel conditions before departure. The FerryTravel Gateway OnLine Ltd cannot accept liability for changes to the service including the use of alternate ships or the withdrawal of onboard facilities and services.
