Jeff Niemeyer, our much valued Ferry Ticket Sales Manager is known for both his exceptional knowledge of maritime travel & for above normal customer service.
With a passion for the open sea and a commitment to providing the best ferry travel experiences, he has been an integral part of the FerryTravel team since 2012 and for more than those 12 years, Jeff helped literally thousands of passengers plan & book their ferry travel.
Having resided in Juneau (the Island capital of Alaska) for 17 years, Jeff has an intimate knowledge of not only the ferries operating throughout the state, but the routes and ports that those ferries serve.
The FerryTraveller was fortunate enough to attract Jeffs attention when he decided to return from Alaska to his childhood home in Washington State, and in doing that, trade his managerial position with the Alaska Marine Highway to take charge of the FerryTravel Gateway (www.ferrytravel.com)
Well known for his exceptional skills in not only customer service but experienced knowledge about the "ins & outs" of maritime travel in Alaska, British Columbia and Washington, Jeff makes it easy to plan & book those seemingly complicated ferry trips that can sometimes involve a number of operators.
